Washing

• Turn inside out: helps protect logos, prints, and colors.
• Cold water wash (30°C / 86°F max): prevents shrinking
and protects elasticity.
• Gentle cycle: reduces fabric damage.
• Mild detergent: avoid harsh chemicals.
• Avoid fabric softeners: they clog the fabric pores and
reduce breathability + sweat-wicking.
• Wash with similar fabrics/colors: to prevent lint transfer
or dye bleeding.

Drying

• Air dry: hang or lay flat.
• Avoid tumble dryers: heat damages stretch fibers like
spandex/elastane.
• No direct sunlight for long periods: can fade colors.
